You can make a reservation online at anytime. If you need help with reservations feel free to contact us at +1 473 459-2220 between 8am – 5pm Monday- Saturday and 8am – 2pm on Sunday

Total Solutions accepts both credit and debit cards as payment methods for your reservation. In the event you do not have a credit or debit card please reach out to make a cash reservation

Total Solutions gladly accepts Mastercard and Visa cards. We do also accept Cash and Business Checks for local Reservations. At this time, we would like to advise that personal checks are not accepted.

All rates are guaranteed in US Dollars. For local Reservations we do accept local currency

There is no fee to change a car rental booking provided that you contact Total Solutions before the end of the rental period. Changing a reservation may subject you to the current rental rate, as it is at the time of modification.

So long as a cancellation is made at least 48 hours before your reserved pick up date and time, Total Solutions will process your cancellation at no cost minus card fees. A fee of $75 will apply to any cancellations made in less than 48 hours notice. Bookings are non-refundable if no notice of cancellation is given until after the reserved pick up date/time.

Please check you email’s spam folder if your reservations was not received via email.

It is strongly recommended if you are planning to travel to Grenada from within the region and internationally, all drivers should carry their driver license/permit.

All International Drivers are required to purchase aTemporary Driver’s License. A Temporary Driver’s License will be issued by Grenada police at a cost of $24.00, All temporary driver’s licenses are valid for a period of 3 months.

Total Solutions can not process temporary driver permit at this time but will be possible in the near future

CARICOM drivers are permitted by law to drive on their home country’s driver’s license for a period of 6 months.

Person’s with a driver’s license issued by a OECS countries are allowed to drive with their countries drivers license indefinitely, unless otherwise changed by law.

Total Solutions is located on Grand Anse. At time of pick-up the name of the representative and pick-up location will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.
